D'Adamo Phytocal Mineral Formula (Type O) contains Maerl, a small red seaweed, found off the coast of Ireland. The calcium in Maerl has a broad buffering range to work with all blood types. Phytocal O offers micro and macro minerals iron, copper, magnesium and zinc in balanced levels; micro-trace amounts of iodine to support healthy thyroid function; manganese to support healthy joint and ligament function; and nettle leaf to support proper intestinal assimilation.
